This was an ideal location so close to the Gucci museum / statue of David. Bar Caffe Gilli located 1 km away was a nice surprise. Truly enjoyed how the classic queen room for views over the rooftops to the duomo was arranged when we arrived. The breakfast had a wide array of good options, and was generous.

Ideal and just superb location - a super close walk to a l-shaped square. Based not far from Florence for sightseeing, shopping or work as well as the Duomo, the Uffizi, restaurants, shopping, and the train station. Modern design of interiors in classic queen room. Worth every penny views of the cathedral and very nice facilities.

The building and rooms are well maintained and offer great views. The breakfast is generous with pancakes and caters to all tastes. It's in the best and peaceful location, just a short distance from everywhere. Nearby is Il Vivandiere, a great place to chill out.

The centrally located hotel is knowledgeable about tourist attractions, and I plan to stay here again in the future.

Beautifully decorated and truly exceptional hotel, excellent restaurant. Double glazed windows, luggage storage and plenty space available in the superior king room. A wide array of cereal, fruit, muffins and cookies at breakfast. Best staff with pleasant service, incredible and stunning setting. Walking distance to a main shopping street and a shopping street across the street. Amazing base for exploring Florence.

Baggage storage, WiFi, and coffee in the room and the comfortable bed. Luxurious bathroom, very efficient employees with excellent service from hotel staff. The best and comfortable location, minutes away from a spandrel arch bridge.

The place was well-maintained, no reason to complain, would definitely recommend. The location was ideal, within a close distance from a medieval cathedral.
