I loved being just a few steps from the Ponte Vecchio and a short walk to the spectacular Piazza del Duomo, making it easy to enjoy the city’s vibrant culture and delicious food options all around, which really stood out during my stay.

Modern room with great breakfast, but front desk staff lacked friendliness.

We enjoyed our stay here, especially the rich breakfast selection and the beautifully decorated, spacious superior double room. Our bathroom was a little tight, but it didn't make us uncomfortable.

The location is perfect for walking to attractions. We loved visiting the local golf courses, particularly Golf Club Le Pavoniere. The breakfast offers a great selection, and the staff is super friendly. Definitely a good stay for those who appreciate convenience and good service.

Only downside was the room temperature. One of my friends had a chilly room while mine was really hot, making it hard to get comfortable at night.

Staying in the heart of Florence was a blast, especially with our family comprising of 4 teenagers! We loved that the hotel was just a stroll away from the Duomo, allowing us to enjoy the stunning view and immerse ourselves in local treats. The breakfast was a highlight every morning, with a delightful array of pastries and fresh fruits to keep everyone's energy up for our daily excursions.

My kids wished there were activities or areas specifically designed for teenagers, like a game room or teen lounge.

We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The spacious room provided a luxurious experience, but breakfast fell short of expectations and was lacking in quality.

But the air conditioning was noisy, which made it hard to sleep. Also, that location? Perfect! Tons of attractions just a short walk away. Definitely worth it!
